Our Chocolate
Made with the freshest, and finest ingredients, Classic Chocolate Company uses Premium Fondue Chocolate
by CALLEBAUT that is specially designed to give you
the smoothest, richest, and most beautiful chocolate
fondue you can imagine. In order for the Chocolate
Fountains to flow correctly, the chocolate must be at a
certain viscosity or consistency.
We do not add vegetable oil or extra cocoa butter (Required for most other chocolates!)
Some would have you believe that you can simply buy bulk chocolate chips at the local grocery store and the fountain will work fine unfortunately, this is not the case. All other chocolates are too thick to run smoothly through the fountain and require a time consuming and messy oil mixing process (as much as 6 cups!) in order to achieve
the proper consistency. Not only is this process
imprecise and difficult, it dilutes the flavor, and smell of the chocolate, not to mention creates very unhappy customers.
We offer Dark Chocolate, Milk Chocolate, and White Chocolate.
